The second epistle was written by Paul around 66 AD while he was in Rome to encourage the spirit of faith and love together to remain in all aspects of Life, during times of struggle. This is an excellent overview for introductory study as it discusses the need also for discernment of the powers in the heavens and why many are struggling upon the earth.
